Vendor Information

Purchasing a standard Vendor Table allows entry for 2 participants. Vendor tables include two chairs and a Vendor table.  Any additional persons are required to purchase a General Admission tickets. Once a booth is purchased a confirmation will be sent to the purchaser/vendor. The party of three (2) must enter the junction together. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Rules and Regulations

Display Space

1.   All items/merchandise must be confided to the booth space that is provided.

2.   Vendors may not attach any unauthorized items to the booths provided.

3.   All booths must be maintained and organized throughout juncture.

4.   Follow the culture management is entitled to make changes to any booths or exhibit placements if become a hazard.

5.   No outside food or alcohol beverages are allowed inside facility.

Security

Security will be on premises during the entire duration of the expo. Follow The Culture is not responsible for any lost or stolen items from your booth. Therefore, it is essential for vendors to keep close supervision to their booth and pieces at all times.

Clothing Lines

Clothing Lines are ONLY allowed to display they're clothing under a registered brand. Those who decide to partner on a single display table is required to pay an additional $50.00 fee, and $10.00 per additional chair.

During the event, a wooden wall will be set up for artist to buy vacant spaces for $10.
